Breakthrough used to be the best game mode but they have somehow taken a successful mode and wrecked it. I guess that's partly the poor map designs.
I am actually enjoying the maps for the most part, but it seems like they do not want to create new areas for both Rush and Breakthrough like they did in the past to help extend the game's area. They just use the conquest map, which is the problem because they feel the need to avoid the completely open areas, rather than adding to it for the specific mods. This was the same issue in 2042, as there was just nothing on the maps. Even after they fixed it, they still just used the conquest maps, and it was never as fun as BF1 or 5.
