Cheaters or netcode?

See so much talk about cheaters, and I am sure there are many macro/chronus users but I have never seen a blatant hacker like in BFV.

What I do get a ton and drives me mad sometimes is the horrible netcode.

I sat in a corner of a shop away from the window, I hear enemies I wait for them too pass, at least that’s what I plan to do. Yet while a person is facing away from me I get insta gibbed before they even turn around.

This happens so often, you get the drop on someone while they are not facing you, the second you fire they just insta gib without barely turning around, 9/10 times it’s controller users. Maybe a massive de-sync between PC and console?
