I'm sure that there is more than one thing at play, but one thing is the the developer reduced the max number of players per team in some maps or modes. Why? Did they think that would help the net code? They chose that instead of better servers?  Who knows.

Even the codder kids saw how ridiculous BF6 was and left... another BF6 made and packaged for them... and now it's empty. Maybe with BF7 they'll finally listen to the veterans who are now 50 years old for once?

It'll be because more & more players have got fed up with poor netcode, desync issues, cheaters, players still using exploits that were supposed to have been fixed, add to it that veteran battlefield players want to play battlefield not COD with vehicles.

I'm getting bots filling the lobby now for most of my matches. 

They won't listen, though. The main product has been released, everything else will be too little too late as usual. 

because the matches are so stacked its disgusting to even look at the scoreboard.  I just went like 20-4 recently in a match,  that was so boring I had to scrounge for left over kills.  had to go take a shower and wash the filth off me I felt so dirty afterwards.    Got so bored,  Ended up Just sniping cause they never had more than one or no bases capped,   and then I'm just sniping people who can't even make it out of spawn.  Something I would be autokicked for doing in bf2,  no lies.   back when we played with ff on and community run servers who banned people who were too good for the server...lol      back then you found servers at your own level.   THere was none of this false sense of entitlement kids are taught today.  its unsporting and inhuman,  and nothing to brag about in real life cause you are not anonymous.

I've never run into this problem since launch.  I keep hearing people say that the maps are back filling with Bots.  Never happens for me.  I'm on PC with crossplay, I play Conquest, Breakthrough, CQB.  

What country are you in?  What platform do you play on?  Cross play on/off.  What game modes do you play?

Englans xbox crossplay is off, I used to love conquest siege of cairo all out war yesterday it was like a ghost town even wirh 32 v 32 the map was empty it was strange 

They choreographed this entire game for the CoD/Fortnite generation & all the kiddies left after the first month lol. Why do you think the maps are so small, why the gun & movement mechanics are so twitchy. EA took a gamble that this game could finally win over that crowd. & they succeeded for the most part (in the first months of release). The hype was real but it died down. They didn’t plan for the long term & so we’re here now.  Playerbase dropped from 700,000 to 100,000. Classic battlefield numbers. Now what are we left with. Stinky crusty ole veterans. But EA hates the veterans. They’re a small group & more stingy with the money. They want the Gen Z, Gen A’s with their parents credit cards. Unfortunately battlefield isn’t that kind of game. It will never stick on the kids the way Fortnite & Apex do. Now all EAs got left is the wrinkly old heads on the bleachers with balding heads. Beggars can’t be choosers & Battlefield isn’t that guy anymore. Time to make Battlefield old again. 

Well it lost over 80% of its player based in a month. COD 2027 leak was released today. They are going back to the basics with no sprint or sliding. No fast moving mechanics.

I have loved battlefield since the beginning but if COD goes back to the basics like this game was advertised Ill go back to CoD in 2027 if what they are saying is true. I dont like fast paced running sliding not playing objectives. Thats not battlefield to me.

This game will die within a few years because they couldn't keep the old school bf vets. The Activision devs that came over here ruined this game.

Amazing the battlefield dev that went to arc raiders was a epic f up on EAs account.

I thought bf6 would pull me away from Hell Let Loose. Nope. Id rather play Hell Let Loose and Arc Raiders.
