Having some fun with this map but there is room for improvement. 2/4 maps I joined ended up in a near spawn camp with one side barely holding the objective just outside of their spawn. That needs to be fixed.
This is a map that doesn’t need or warrant any attack helicopters. You know DICe, that in previous BF games every map doesn’t have every vehicle that’s in game. The Blackhawks are perfect and there should be 2 per team. It’s absolutely deflating and morale crushing having magical Helos, that make no noise, being only feet overhead and destroying players with ZERO warning because of dollar store sound design. How can we not hear enemy helicopters 10 feet overhead but we can hear 3 dozen other sound minor effects?
Potentially great infantry v infantry small scale battles at objectives all over the map are ruined by helicopters and tanks that magically appear feet away without making any noise. FIX YOUR SOUND PRIORITIZATION please DICE.
The non stop chaos and constantly being killed without warning because of dollar store sound design is not fun and this doesn’t feel like the Battlefield I’ve been playing for almost 20 years.
Objective B for Conquest on this map has a lone shipping container for cover and that’s it so unless you’re in there you’re getting sniped or killed by tanks or a helicopter that are 100 yards away. This shotty map design does not encourage defenders having to PTFO.
All in all a decent map but the fundamental flaws in sound design, too many tanks, the unnecessary attack helo along with lack of cover on Objective B kills a lot of the potential fun infantry game play.
