Grenades are insanely useless all I get from them are suppression points, overall I agree with your assessment but I would like if in general things did slightly more damage. I don't want just infantry health knocked down because vehicles are too spongy as well, 15% damage buff across the board would make me happy but I know a lot of ppl also want to be able to roll through a rocket barrage in a tank.
