For me the problem seemed to be playing in 4k. I have a pretty decent rig and can play at high/medium settings @4k and still get around 120fps. I seem to die in a single frame every time and my shots where doing no damage. I tried turning everything down to Low settings but this made no difference. Then I switched to 1440P and it was a night and day difference. I'm still dying in a single frame but at least my shots are hitting their target now and I'm winning most one-on-ones. The TTD is still a frustrating issue though.
