as was stated by EA_QueenBee here on the forum we can not assist with bans. That has to be taken up with the ToS team. They decide if the ban is proper and also what type it will be.

If they are now saying that the ban will be upheld and the decision is final then that is what it is.

I know this feels bad and I feel for your friend but there is really nothing we can do here.
