Hit Reg and netcode update

I investigated further and concluded hit reg issues is barley noticeable in Multi-player(its barley noticeable because its only 100Hp you'd have to really pay attention) and gauntlet. Gauntlets hit registration feels nearly perfect there's definitely different damage outputs and clients for each of the 3 game modes. Now REDSEC(battleroyale)registration and net code is terrible. It should be investigated. The hit registration is failing when bullets are landing quickly and consistently. If you're to single shot a target consistently there's no registration issue... only when hitting a target with fully automatic shots is there a problem. Gauntlet has 250Hp(fully plated) I think, Redsec 200HP(fully  plated) and MP 100HP. Redsec has the longest TTK because its hit registration issues... in gauntlet you can kill someone nearly just as fast as MP due to extremely low hit registration issues there(but it is there) which is strange because gauntlet has 250 HP... Redsec has 200... mp 100hp but its more challenging to get the kill in redsec because the hit registration there is outrageous. Ttk should be faster in REDSEC than it is in gauntlet due to the indifference in HP levels.  Investigate this you'll see it is true. Thanks! Video provided below is redsec. Pay attention to both targets..  their hitmarkers, and damage #s. Bullets are landing but not being calculated consistently. This is an issue with bullet damage calculations being inconsistent. I'll do video on netcode next
