Hitreg after todays patch

I would like to take back my statement AGAIN.

NO not fixed after the few good games it was worse then before. 

In higher player servers it gets really bad after a while. It was good until around 5pm eastern. Pings are high not mine though I stay at 17 to 29 ping. Others are 50 to 200 or more . HIGH PING ARE TOP LEADER BOARD BTW. 

Die so fast I don't even get to react. Again shot from 80m with smgx5 scopes die in 1 frame.

Shoot first die in one frame. Spawn on squad not in combat die in one frame spawn on flag die by clay more. 

Guns feel sponges . Example the NVO I'm like master 100 with it. Played alot of hours with it. I know how many rounds at what distance will kill. 

I shoot the amount of rounds to down a player but I find myself having to turn back around to put a few more to down. 

Makes no sense to me. I have to plant 13 hell even 20 or more rounds to down a player but I get dropped in less then a frame. 

No time to react. There are times I get to react to a shot but no input working. I have back buttons for crouch.

Example I get shot ones I tap my back crouch button and nothing then pop pop pop I'm dead. Same for shooting I see enemy I shoot enemy react shoots back after they land one shot I'm dead.

Another thing is how are low fire rate guns out firing higher fire rate 

Example. I was using the m4 900rpm I got dropped by a dmr the crappie one that dose 27 dmg. In 3 shoots faster then I shoot 2rounds from a 900rpm m4. At 12m and dude was standing still.
