I WAS BANNED FOR NO REASON

Around 3-4 days ago I purchased Battlefield 6 off of the Steam store. I have never in my life played a Battlefield game and was very excited to play since it is basically the Number 1 FPS game currently out. I spent the last 2-3 days playing and was having a lot of fun getting used to how the game works. Until last night when I lagged out of a match of Breakthrough (or so I thought). I thought it was a connection issue and that I would back out and go back into a game. Until I received an email from EA within seconds of getting kicked from the match. When I opened the email, it stated I have been temporarily suspended from accessing Battlefield 6 due to cheating. I genuinely could not believe what I was reading. I have never used any aimbotting tools, wall hacks, exploits, cheats, or whatever other method of cheating there is on any game I have ever owned. Luckily I recorded gameplay footage that proves I was not cheating and would be willing to show anyone who wants to see it to prove my innocence. I spent £60 of my hard earned money on my first Battlefield game just to get banned 3-4 days later for something I didnt do. When I try to appeal it, there is no penalty for it. So it is impossible to appeal it and I have tried nearly every link offered to me to try get in contact with EA Live Chat to which I cannot find it. If anyone can offer me some help that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there. We can't help with bans over the EA Forums. More information on bans, as well as instructions for disputing them, can be found in this article. Thank you.

Welcome to the club, there are several of us with the same problem since Saturday, support only responds with automatic responses and they are not providing a solution, those of us who can, refund the game on Steam, and those who cannot are waiting for some kind of response, to date they have not indicated anything

Welcome in the club. Tip: To appeal go to EA Help Webform without signing in and choose, follow as guest. Only then you can open a ticket..
