Matchmaking sends back to Menu

Quit my EA Pro subscription last night.

This issue, looking at the forums, has been a known issue for 6wks+ and still no explanation or fix.

I've tried multiple things ranging from x2 reinstall of game, factory reset on my Hub 3 router, to port forwarding changes to TCP/UDP (this option looked to be the fix at first, but no).

Its so intermittent, it will launch into game and i'll get a day(s) of game play, then it will fail to launch into game for day(s). How can this be possible that it works fine, then doesn't? 

Also my VPN will get me in game, but it boots me back to the menu before the game ends, or if i';m really lucky I don't get booted til part way through the second game. To launch into a game I have to change the VPN location. These must give clues to what the issue may be?

Is it a Javelin anti cheat issue causing intermittent launch issues?

Even if its going to **bleep** people off, an explanation would be nice. People have parted with hard earned $$$ to buy and play this game.
