No matter the setting, aiming is bad!

I've done everything from sensitivity adjustments, aim assist, left/right adjustments, and everything in between. It is either too high or too low. When I ADS, in the range, it seems okay. In gaming, it isn't good. I have played BF for years but it can't be this bad. 

Check out my photos and tell me what you all think. Yes, I know there are a ton of Configurations. But it is really annoying.
