Let's be brutally honest. The game's creators don't care whether we play it or not – we bought their game, they made money, mission accomplished.
Judging by the current game's technical state, its content, and their slow pace of work, they'll be fixing this title (if at all) for the next Battlefield.
Although their modern approach is understandable, they quickly withdraw support for the game, citing low player interest – because it's always our fault that they release a game-like mess and then try to escape it as quickly as possible.
Then we hear that they're starting work on the next game in the series, that they've learned from the last failure, etc. – the same thing they say about every game – and the circus begins all over again.
