Please make sure spread isn't too low now, keep an eye on it
It's hard to say yet whether this is a real issue with the spread changes, or if Sobek City is just that frustrating of a map to play, but what I will say is PLEASE keep an eye on spread. I played New Sobek for the first time since the patch and was getting shot at a bit from the far rooftops (70-80+ meters) with assault rifles. This isn't an issue if they're forced to burst/tap fire aggressively, but it's difficult to tell what's happening on the other end.
People shouldn't be able to maintain accuracy at 70+ meters in full auto, forcing people to burst/tap fire at that range is essential to reasonable TTK at range and I worry that all the complaints from people (some justified) will result in spread being brought too low, and taking away from Battlefield's gunplay identity and make long sight-lines absolutely miserable. Again, it's difficult to give feedback on because I can't tell what exactly people are doing at these ranges, but with all the feedback asking for tighter spread I just wanted to make sure there was a voice asking to please not make things too tight. This is really really important, and especially if we get more large or open maps, it will be essential to those maps playing well.
