Portal Server Visibility/Matchmaking Issue (low player count regions)

The issue I have is that we had South African servers during the beta weekends, now they are nowhere to be found and the whole play experience is affected and I feel misled by EA regarding this

there are still SA servers but for some reason they are all filled with bots
