Who am I to say my own opinion? You can state your opinion, we can debate, etc.
Here's my opinion and I am not forcing you to agree. Squads wait 3 to over 5 minutes to start a round. The player decides to leave and make the game heavily unfavorable for the players that waited to play. Now the team has to play an extensive game that you will most likely lose. How would you feel if you played a game and very frequently, a player would just leave the game and make you lose every time? My opinion is formulated to combat against this type of behavior in redsec, which is frequent. This is not something new or something that hasn't ever been implemented. CS2 already implements this for their competitive games. It has been implemented in a video game, the biggest FPS game in the world. I don't see anyone complaining there.
If you are suggesting that since redsec and CS2 competitive are not the same, than that is a separate debate. Here I can acknowledge that you may be right. But my argument is based on the fact that it matches loading times of CS2 competitive games, games can be extensive in time length, and it wastes the time of numerous players. These effects are felt similarly if you play CS2. Like I said, it'd be a difference of opinion.
