The guns are very poor in battlefied 6- I want a refund

Though I don’t want a refund I have noticed that sometimes the bullets are not registering hits. This was a huge issue in Battlefield 3 and 4 with the net code. I record a lot of gameplay and can even go back and clearly see this. It’s mostly with shotguns. I have a bad feeling it’s because of connections issue yet again. I’ve tested my connection several times and I have really good connection. They should really have region locked servers and auto kick anyone from the game with really high ping.
