It's rank related. It'll become invisible after you reach a certain rank. I suspect this is because it's intended as an introductory mode.
Interesting, some report that it disappears at rank 11, some at rank more than 11. For me it was rank 21, and I personally saw a lot of players with rank above 50.
In beta it was clearly written that available till rank 15, now such information is gone. So what are the rules?
If there is way to get using low level squad member, then it is unfair, if it becomes unavailable due to some not clear conditions, again not fair. It should be clear, when and how.
We already have broken portal, now only mode for casuals is also gone. What next? Hardcore mode for everyone?
