Im aware that the community managers and forum members cannot officially do anything. But, I've got no feed back/ help through the appeal process...its all automated. When speaking to the ai advisors they recommend to post here so that maybe they can pass it on to the TOS team or someone who can help. My reference to my handicap is that I cannot play on a mouse and keyboard well. I play with controllers on Xbox and pc. Ive been more dominantly on Xbox. I just bought a new laptop so playing with a controller on pc is the only thing that is different from the norm. I do not use any software, I'm able to play battlefield games with a controller very well from doing it for so long.
I think we can safely ignore what I was wondering about then, since you don't use the software I was alluding to. It would have only been a potential cause, anyway, and probably wouldn't have helped with revoking the ban. What was the reason ToS cited in the original notification email (E.G. Gamplay Enhancement)? Something else may have triggered the ban, so it might be possible for you to collect different evidence for an appeal.

They're actually not AI advisors, unless you've only be talking with the EA Help bot, NextStep, that is. They'll be customer service employees who need to effectively stick to a script (ToS also only use set-text when corresponding, but appeals aren't handled by AI either). While they've technically mis-advised you, since only ToS handle bans via the set appeal process and posting here regrettably won't get you anywhere, I expect they suggested it as they weren't able to help you directly. I probably made similar mistakes before I escaped CS a few years ago, as I was trying my best to be helpful and felt bad when I couldn't resolve something.
