A 12th-generation i7 CPU is literally humiliated, running at 90%. In all this, while you're trying to monitor temperatures and system metrics, the game humiliates you further by shutting down AMD Adrenaline. What to do? Quit, don't play, and be happy you spent 100 euros on a game that's trying to break your system. Then maybe you even make the effort to play and the mouse starts doing crazy things like you go to aim and it jams, or you aim and it automatically, as if by magic, goes back to hipfire. But.........Don't worry guys, the roadmap is making you hyped. Everything's fine!
