Battlefield 6 — Incorrect Server Region (EU player routed to US/Japan servers)

Hello EA Support and Battlefield Community,

I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with Battlefield 6. Despite living in Estonia (EU), the game constantly connects me to servers in the US-East (Virginia) or Asia (Japan) regions, which results in high ping and noticeable input lag, when I try to play via official servers... But when I play from Portal or just browse through community servers I don't have have any issues.

I've tried all recommended troubleshooting steps:

Port check with netstat — no active connections to EU servers on port 30000
EA App is working fine
Portal and Community servers load correctly
Game server connection is always routed far from my actual location

I believe my account is being locked or prioritized to the wrong data center, and I kindly ask for this to be reviewed or reset.

Can you please investigate and confirm which data centers my account is associated with, and correct the matchmaking region if possible?

I have the same issue. When i was at work playing through my 5g connection on the off-hours of work there were no noticable connection issues for me but when i got home to my desktop PC i am being re-routed to Santiago server for some reason. Making the game unplayable with my friends doing quick matches.

Packetloss starts at 2% and builds up til 30% hovering around there, and Latency spiking from 150-300 ms. This issue is MORE noticable on bigger maps for some reason.
So annoying that we just cant select region to play in.

I've also tried cleaning cache, cleaning DNS, doing DNS Via google or automatic, and pretty much everything else Reddit has found to work for some and it's still unplayable

TwinPad thank you for posting the screenshots. The PC's framerate is below 60fps, which is causing time nudge (TN) to spike and cause network lag. In other words, a framerate below 60fps is causing network lag.

You're PC specs should be able to play BF6 at 60fps. Please download HWiNFO and post a screenshot of your System Summary.

For some reason the CPU and graphics card are struggling to maintain 60fps. I'd like to figure out why.
