Battlefield 6 Ban – Anti-Cheat Triggered Incorrectly (No Cheating)

Hi everyone,

My EA account was banned in Battlefield 6 by the Anti-Cheat system after the February 07, 2026 update and I believe this was done incorrectly. I have never used cheats, exploits, or unauthorized software in any EA game. On my PC, I only had BlueStacks and GameLoop installed for Call of Duty Mobile, and I never ran them with Battlefield 6 or any other EA game. I have had this EA account for over 12 years and have invested significant money into EA games. The ban has caused financial harm and loss of access to purchased content. I appealed through the Penalty History page, but so far no human review has been conducted, and no concrete evidence has been provided – only automated responses. Has anyone else experienced similar Anti-Cheat issues after the February update? Does anyone know how to request a real human review, where logs and evidence are actually examined rather than an automatic rejection? Any advice, guidance, or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

  • I'm having a similar experience. I think my problematic software was DS4Windows Ps4 to PC controller software. Infinite appeal loop with no human moderator in sight, and constant automated denied appeals with links to rules/TOS related material. I 'm pretty sure the forum post I started here explaining my exact experience got wiped within minutes of posting as well...:(. Good luck, I hope they do something about this. I can't even play on PS5 because I mistakenly left my controller software running when launching the PC version of the game. (I play mouse and keyboard, so I wasn't even using said software) Permanent ban is really rough for us battlefield old timers.

At this point it is very clear that this is not an isolated case. Multiple Battlefield 6 players in this thread (and on other platforms) are reporting permanent bans after recent updates, without clear evidence, without proper explanation, and without confirmed human review. In my case, the situation is especially concerning because: The ban was applied after a game update I never used cheats or unauthorized software All appeals resulted in automated responses The case was even marked as “voided”, yet the ban remains active Access to the entire game is blocked, including single player/offline content, despite a legal purchase This is no longer just a multiplayer issue. This is about losing access to a paid product without transparent justification. I have also opened a discussion about this on the EA forums and contacted EU consumer protection authorities regarding this case. If this is caused by a faulty anti-cheat detection or false positives, then it is critical that EA performs proper human reviews and provides evidence-based explanations. I would strongly encourage anyone affected to share their case here (date of ban, update timing, appeal results), so we can clearly demonstrate the scale of the issue. This is not about attacking anyone — it is about transparency, accountability, and fair treatment of paying customers.
