Battlefield 6 Ban – Anti-Cheat Triggered Incorrectly (No Cheating)

Several other players have reported similar permanent bans with no concrete evidence or human review, e.g.:

This suggests a possible Anti-Cheat misclassification or system failure, not isolated to a single account.

I reiterate my request for a genuine human review and evidence-based justification for my ban.

In case you didn't see the announcement late last week, DICE Devs have left the building and with them went all the Support people. I don't think there is a human left to answer your question.

Yeah, it's crazy that EA isn't even doing basic customer support. I can promise you though if this isn't resolved I will never purchase another game from EA again. 

I am clearly not the only one affected by this.

In my case, the ban also blocks access to single player content, even though the game was legally purchased on Steam.
This is not only a multiplayer issue, but the removal of access to a paid product.

If this was triggered by an automated anti cheat system, EA has a responsibility to conduct a proper human review.
An official response from EA or a moderator would be appropriate.

Exactly this but instead there's only crickets. Part of me wonders if it's purposefully done because that would mean they'd have to admit their anti-cheat isn't as perfect as they continue to promote. 

I got this today and have updated my post here with my frustration over it. Would love to see if others also got this today as it would show it was a batch release. 

I have submitted more than ten appeals regarding this ban and every response I received was automated without any explanation evidence or confirmation of a real human review. I have contacted the Hungarian Consumer Protection Authority who confirmed this may qualify as a consumer rights issue because access to a legally purchased product including single player content has been fully revoked. This is no longer only a multiplayer issue but a paid content access issue. I once again request a real human review of this case and escalation by an EA moderator.

I got the same message 2 days ago after 3 months of being stuck on "waiting on studio." I appealed and got a denial the next day, then appealed and got another denial within an hour, then appealed again and now have "Updated by Customer" as my status for the past several hours. I have no idea what else to do at this point other than keep hitting that appeal button so long as I'm allowed to.

don't hold your breath mate it's the same everywhere , i played the for 2 hours total and was banned since november , been trying to appeal , made like 15 appeals all returned with that same generated reply , and since 3 days now can't even appeal anymore , Email us button to send apeal to support just disappeared. so might as well give up unfortunately
