Been getting the exact same error. I purchased this game from Epic (please for the love of God don't make my same mistake). Epic support told me its EAs problem, then EA told me it was epics problem, then epic told me to contact EA again and no one has offered a solution.
The same here and I got EA app. So EA got a problem. It happend 3 weeks ago and still not fixed!
