BF6 is unplayebel and no help, day 36

I preordred the came as soon as it was possibel.

And have maybe been able to play 15 hours (16 with the 45min today before crass), maybe.

I contacted EA help first time 36 days ago, and again 20 days ago, but the respond is "wait for us to fix it" and "You can not get a refund", I would like a refund form the EA app so i can get it on steam, because it seems they have les problems.

This have been my last post on the last Discussion I made, as they have asked me to.

Today

Started with securing that everything is up to date, it is.

Game launched but "game modes not installed", didn't expect anything else at this time.

Uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game. AND WHAT DO KNOW, IT WORKS!!!

For 35-40 minuts, then it crased, opened it again at it started, BUT BACK TO "GAME MODES NOT INSTALLED"!

Give me my money back, or give me af gift card to steam and let me try there.

This is a joke.

My System: Motherboard Asus Z390-E, CPU I9-9900K, Corsair 32GB DDR4 ram, GPU Ichill RTX4080, Powersupply Corsair RM1000. Game and OS drives are m.2. OS is Windows 11 home.

Not played since last post, why bother, but today I gave it a go.

There was offcause a update, and after that I started the game, it gets to the loading screen where it starts compiling shaders. Gets to 34,22% stays there for 10 seconds og 10 minutes, then it closes the cam and goes back to the EA app.

So day 32 since I ask for Help and a refund. Have played 15 hours since launch.

Uhhh wait, as I'm writing, it is now, try 5, got beyond 34,22%, so maybe................ no, it got 69% and then came with a DirectX error, and says the gpu driver chrassed, and that I should try updating it. And there is a driver update, so I will try it. Nope back at chrassing at 34,22% shaders.

Well its 9 days since last try, I will check for driver updates in gennerel, and try again.

Now everything is up to date, and 1. launch it does the 34.22% againg, second try it goes all the way to the game, YES, but no, game modes is not installed........again.

Not played since last post, why bother, but today I gave it a go.

Started with making sure that all drivers are the lastet, updated windows, made a Norton sweep, gave Superantispyware a run, cleared cashe files and system files and then open EA app. First a big update, promesing, after that, closed the EA app, testarted the pc and then open EA an pressed play.

But I only make it to the start screen there it starts to update shaders, but game closses without error code, to the app. this happened 5 times. Went back to the app, repairred the game. But i get the same, chras on shaders screen.

This is still the same, 16 days without being able to play. And I cant get a refund. What to do?????

I have now chatted with EA help for an hour, there is no refund to get, only "you have to wait for us to fix it".

EA app says I have played for 54 hrs, but i have maybe got 15 hours, the rest has been trying to fix it. This is not acceptebel.

I'm playing Battlefield 6 and the game crashes frequently. The EA App shows that different game modes are “not installed,” even though I installed the game. I already tried repairing the game, uninstalling, and reinstalling multiple times. I believe this might be related to EA App issues.

I am using more time trying to fix the game, than i am playing it.
