Can’t Host Anything in Portal - 'Global Game Quota Exceeded’ Error

So their solution is killing portal, nobody play or care about it now!

There are so many idiots who host a Vehicle Training Server on persistent Save Mode which is like 20 % of the current server, where people just kill each other with the Vehicles instead of training with them and still not getting XP or Kills in your stats, if you just can local host them
