Can't load into games with my party

It is nearly impossible to play with friends. We constantly get booted as a squad or half of us don't load into games. Beyond ridiculous at this point. We've all paid full price for this game and it can't even do basic functions like load us into a game. Can someone direct me how to fix this or get a refund for this? It's unplayable now for over a month. Charged me 80 dollars for a game that I can't ever play without issues. Hardwired 1gig Internet connection. Uninstalled and reinstalled full game and all components, have tried Xbox reset and router reset...nothing. Just a pile of hot garbage
