Kicked for inactivity

Kicked for inactivity after map loads and select a class, then disconnects me. This has been happening since launch day minute 1. They have told me it’s server side before and to wait. I’ve experienced some of the worst customer service from any company, from ea regarding this. Never giving any answers and just telling me to be patient with the same copy paste scripts. I’ve been patient for 2 months , FIX YOUR SERVERS and give the countless players posting the same issues answers. There is lots of posts regarding the same issue on the forums you keep telling me to post on. Here’s another with multiple screenshots of chats from support.
