"Connection Failed" With Error Code 1:86001S:51002S:57019S

Everyone who has these errors needs to remove IPv6 in the router settings

Here’s what I’ve already tried so far:

1. Cleared EA App cache from %ProgramData%\EA Desktop and %AppData%\Local\Electronic Arts.
2. Repaired the game and EA App from both Steam and EA launcher.
3. Flushed DNS and renewed IP lease – switched DNS to Google (8.8.8.8 / 1.1.1.1).
4. Verified network ports – opened UDP 3659, 14000–14016, 22990–23006 and TCP 80, 443.
5. Disabled Firewall and antivirus temporarily to test connectivity.
6. Repaired Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) and restarted Windows.
7. Unlinked and relinked Steam ↔ EA account to generate a new OAuth token.
8. Tested both IPv4 and IPv6 connections (IPv6 enabled on Windows and router).
9. Tried Wi-Fi connection instead of LAN (some users report LAN causes handshake failure).
10. Tested Cloudflare WARP (same result – connection still fails).

My connection is stable — I can ping and traceroute easo.ea.com with no packet loss (average 112ms).

Everything on my end seems fine; this looks like a backend or protocol-handshake issue between EA App and Steam builds.

I am also getting the Error Code: 1:86001S:66003S:4688822970:0B Connection Failed, but I am also getting the random Error Code: EC:10901 Account Banned. When I check my account there is nothing in Penalty History. I have a Play Pro account since 2012, and I also purchased the full BF6 game, Phantom Edition thinking that might be the cause. It made no difference. Kind of a lot of money spent on a game I can't access :(

I have submitted an appeal.

Also, adding in my drivers list in the hopes this helps.

Same can't connect tried all the steps to get it work... Also using Mobile Data if anyone else is that can't connect... Worked fine for the beta played over 20 hours on it and now I buy the full game and can't get connected same error .
