EA_Shepard Please help.
Players paid a ton of money for pre-orders, spent countless hours configuring their PCs and network equipment, but there's no effect. The weekend passed, and we still haven't received the game we wanted, even though everything was fine during the beta test.- MrBusiness14885 months agoNew Rookie
Every EA employee should hang their heads in shame and be publicly named so we know who to avoid when outside of our homes.

Hello, I'm having trouble launching Battlefield 6 on Steam. When I try to connect to the servers, the game throws an error code: 1:8600 1S:5 1002S:570 19S. This error only occurs when I'm connected to a WiFi network or using a ethernet connected to router. When I'm on hotspot from my phone, the game launches correctly, but I can't play on a hotspot due to an unstable connection and high ping. Yesterday I was able to play without a problem on my router's WiFi connection. I have no idea why this changed today, and I'm unable to launch the game since I haven't made any changes. I've tried numerous solutions, including resetting the router, ipconfig /release, /renew, and /flushdns in CMD. I know that similar topics have already been created, but I want to show that the problem still occurs and affects many people.

Hi there, as stated we are reaching out to try to gather some information and troubleshoot this issue, would you mind please following the instructions below and sending me back the file as text via direct message?
Please note, these steps can take a few mins to complete, so wait for completion of each step before moving on.- Ensure that you are disconnected from the VPN to VPN/mobile hotspot you are using.
- Open a CMD prompt, by pressing windows key and typing CMD into the search box and opening Command Prompt.
- Run "tracert -h 20 -w 2000 ext-3-40-130-7.blaze.ea.com >> troubleshooting.txt"
- Run "tracert -h 20 -w 2000 qoscoordinator.gameservices.ea.com >> troubleshooting.txt"
- Run "tracert -h 20 -w 2000 cdn.eaanticheat.ac.ea.com >> troubleshooting.txt"
- Run "tracert -h 20 -w 2000 EAAntiCheat.ac.ea.com >> troubleshooting.txt"
- Run "ipconfig /all >> troubleshooting.txt"
- Run "route print >> troubleshooting.txt"
- Please reenable your connection to the VPN to VPN/mobile hotspot you are using so that you are able once again to connect to the game.
- Now Repeat steps 3 to 8 again with the VPN to VPN/mobile hotspot active.
- Share the contents of troubleshooting.txt
Ideally, it would be good to get two traceroutes:
- One for the affected connected
- One for working VPN or Mobile hotspot
Thank you all for your patience. We are really trying to get to the bottom of this asap, and your information could really help our team!
