EA Account Was Banned

I was also recently banned for the same issue "gameplay enhancement" which left me in shock when I was just playing yesterday night using the same controller i have been using for a while now. I am waiting for a response to my appeal but I have checked the web and it seems this issue is almost never resolved and I am just crumbling inside with all the money and time I spent on my account to be permanetly banned and not even get notified or given details on the specific issue or provide evidence for me to dispute. years of gameplay and large amount of money wasted to a ban. EA has truly did it for me to break down.

and there is nobody check or investigate it. I submitted 3 time appeal and all 3time denied with same answer which is automatic system massage.

TOS team dont care and nobody read ur appeal. bcs I asked them for help since I am streamer and they can easy watch my stream and tell me what is wrong but .... dont wast ur time to appeal mate

mate I got banned for 3days and when I submitted an appeal for that 3days banned and they extended it to 9 days . reason was we are investigating ur case and it takes time :))))))  can u imagine? if u appeal for ur bann. they will extend it

EA please fix this  I swear to god I am not hacking why I have to struggle to play this game

I just got banned again for the same reason on my alt account for "gameplay enhancements" I seriously am just planning to quit my long time favorite game now. I was grinding ranked using the Gamesir G7 Pro 8k and I believe this must have triggered both bans for me now. I have been recently improving alot with this insane controller with better aim and overall hitting more shots since it is very easy to control and customize said controller that is being USED by many pros and content creators who promote the product to be a very good buy. I am assuming the EA ban system for apex is detecting my recent improvement with the GAMESIR to be cheating when that isnt the case and now I have nowhere to turn but wait for my appeals which seem to never be resolved. I guess me showing any improvement in Apex Legends mean im cheating, i have been playing for years using only controllers like the dualsense edge, ps4/ps5 regulars and the new scuf omega licensed ps5 controller and now the Gamesir controller that any top player is using but they dont seem to be getting banned so why am i?? I am truly lost at this point cus both my accounts, money and time are wasted under these false bans and zero proof being shown of me actually commiting any rule breaks under ToS.
