This issue affects Xbox players in general everyone I asked who play in xbox has the same bug and I’ve already tried all the troubleshooting steps without success.

If it's affecting the players around you, this is likely an issue with the specific client-side build from the latest patch, not your console.To help get this issue reported to the development studio, could you please share which country or region you are playing from?
(Just the country name is fine).
Also, what is your current Xbox system language setting?
Since this bug isn't happening globally, knowing your region and language will be very helpful for the developers to find the cause. Let's hope they fix this soon!
