Community ManagerThank you, everyone, for sharing the information! I’ve reported it to the team so they can look into it. Some of you mentioned that it works when VPN is enabled, so could you also check some other basic steps to see if those can also help with the problem in the meantime? LINK For example:
- Change DNS to a public resolver (no VPN): 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1 or 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4; then flush DNS and retry.
- Toggle IPv6 (temporarily).
- Power-cycle modem/router.
- Use a cable connection(if on wifi)
Also, does it happen only when you try to join or play in a party?

Hi, it happens to me both when in a party and playing solo. Doesn’t seem to matter.
I also have tried this DNS method but it doesn’t seem to make any difference and that’s with me playing with an Ethernet connection.

I am with Virgin Media and on PS5, however, unfortunately for myself, this method of changing the DNS does not work for me. I believe the overall issue is connected to EA servers as a whole and is not limited to Battlefield. I experienced this issue with Star Wars Battlefront 2 a couple of months back. All very frustrating and I am hoping we have a fix ASAP. Starting to feel left behind while all of my friends are ranking up and completing challenges :(

I tried all of these, and unfortunately nothing works. I have port forwarded a whole list of ports that this game supposedly uses, and now it works when restarting my modem, but only for a limited time before breaking again. Changing DNS and toggling IPv6 does not work. I am already on a wired connection. It happens whether or not I am in a party.
