Phantom Pack Pro Token vs BF PRO?!

So I purchased the Phantom Upgrade before the battle pass was released. It came with a Pro Token, which when released, to my understanding was for redeeming & accessing the Battle Pass. I got the tier skips and still was not able to progress the battle pass until I purchased a SECOND Pro Token through the Battlefield Pro pack that shows on the Battle Pass screen. Anyone else had this issue? EA is refusing to refund me, or do anything, even though they literally purchase locked my progression to something I should’ve already had access to.
