Portal custom server lags,rubberbanding and crashes.

And loading times now are 3x times more than before patch,also I had to make smaller combat area 3x times to avoid instant crashes which is ridiculous...It's getting worse from month to month...The game is great but all that bugs,lags,crashes and nerfs ruining it from 10/10 to 1/10...
