Ranked Battle Royale Quads Can't find match

I have spent around more than 3 hours just to find a single match but failed to happen. At first I thought the match making might have some kind of issues because I am currently reside in Asia; however, recently I have other players who are in the same region like me told me that his matchmaking for ranked battle royale match only took 2 mins or less and he has zero problem regarding finding a match unlike me. I started to believe that it could be account issue not the game server or where i reside. Please investigate this further because I inclined to think that my account is shadow banned from ranked match or restricted specifically for it. Worth to mention, I have switched between platforms which is Ps5 and PC with crossplay on and the result is the identical. Last but not least, my account has been suspended before due to some reason and I do not know if it is the cause for all of this. This is very frustrating and inconvenience because not everybody has time to spend like hours in queue. Please investigate this further, thank you.
