I'm experiencing the same error too. For starters, my GPU is only being utilized at 60%, while my CPU is trying to run at 100%. My CPU is an Intel Core Ultra 185H and I'm using a laptop 4070 GPU. My personal theory is that this is happening because Battlefield keeps trying to utilize not only the P-cores but also the E-cores. To suppress this, I tried to force it to use only the P-cores with tools like user.cfg and Project Lasso, but Battlefield somehow keeps trying to pull in the E-cores, so I can't confirm if that's the exact cause. There's no option to disable the E-cores in the BIOS, so I couldn't try that. (Samsung laptop BIOS is real garbage). Anyway, I hope this gets resolved soon. I can't play the game because of this.

If you're using Process Lasso you need to set the rules for Steam/EA App - whatever you're using to launch the game - so Battlefield inherits the rules, otherwise the anticheat will block you form changing affinity.
That said, I've tried this as well and not seen any improvement. I do think Battlefield poorly utilizes Intel CPUs, but I know this also happens on AMD processors, so it seems like it's a compatibility issue with specific chips to me.
