i can’t even make a ticket anymore because after the advisor Ankit forcibly ended our conversation saying that i was ‘asking for something he can’t do’ (escalate the case for manual review so rewards can be applied manually by the live ops/ entitlement team) he ended the chat and marked the ticket as fixed — and ever since he did that i can’t make any ticket of any kind it will just say ‘that’s an issue our advisors can’t help with’ and tells me to check the forums for other solutions.
i’m in the same exact boat as many of you, i didn’t receive my beta twitch drops despite twitch saying i was linked which is why it even let me claim them during the event.
EA please manually review our cases it’s impossible to talk to the endless scripted responses and broken english from live chat support, they make it clear they aren’t even reading what we type to them.
