Unable To launch the game beyond this window.

i already un-installed and reinstalled the game, followed a bunch of steps i found from your community managers including updating the anti-cheat. 

it flashes this black window and than just gives up. no code, no error. just "poof". 

Now i didnt change anything and it looks like you had an update. so please fix it.
