Weapon not reloading

I've been having an issue when reloading it plays the animation but does not actually reload the weapon. In addition to this, when I go prone it will go back to a Crouch position without me selecting it again and when I switch to paddles as support it automatically switches back to primary weapon forcing me to repeatedly shoot at the player I'm trying to revive as I switch back and forth from my primary to paddles. What is going on with this the game is unplayable like this.
