Xbox series x battlefield 6 crashes randomly

Bought the game and it randomly crashes, could be 3 minutes into a game or at the loading menu? tried all ea hot fixes and reset Xbox to factory settings

scarletpk Hey, can you let us know what has been done? Don't want to send you steps you already did. For Xbox, there aren't that many, really, but we need to know what happens when it crashes, too.
