Agreed. It would be one thing if a community manager replied to the thread with a confirmation from EA or DICE that the bug is acknowledged and being addressed, but just locking the thread without giving anyone any insight as to what is going to happen isn’t a good look.
There was no reason to lock the old thread as far as I can tell.

Utterly ridiculous. Locked without any response or solution? That's really poor form.
It's really hard to give EA the benefit of the doubt here. I understand now why so many bigger voices and consumers are really jaded when it comes to EA. It's so sad and a shame because BF4 is such a great game with a great community.

Very curious of what the reason is as to why they locked the main thread down. It had over 140 replies last time I looked and was getting good traction. I have yet to see an EA Community Manager comment on this issue despite it affecting all players.

Hello! I noticed the main thread for this issue was locked down but there has been no announcement or notice of this issue getting resolved and this issue is quite important as it's not letting players access the content we paid for with our own hard earned money, it is only fair we get this issue resolved so we can continue to enjoy the game and get acess to the content we paid for, I sincerely ask the moderators here to not lock down the discussion as more and more people are encountering this issue as this become an important issue for EA and DICE to fix, again as mentioned previously EA has shown and set the precedent they will update older games even after years since they receive it's final update such as BF1 and BFV so this should be fixed as well, if the issue is still hasn't been fix we need to keep this thread open to keep a current channel open notifying the issue is still persisting or if it got resolved so that is the reason why I'm creating this new thread, my intention is not to be annoying but to keep looking, waiting and hoping this gets fixed, thank you.
Attaching again some of the screenshots I attached on my first post proving I did complete the requirements to receive the QBZ-95-1, P90 and M249, these achievements also appear perfectly fine on the EA App as well

They REALLY need to fix this as this is content WE the players paid for, there is no way we are getting locked away from content we literally paid for, it's not only an easy fix but there is multiple ways to fix it.
As I mentioned previously there is about 3 ways to just fix this issue and I bet it would take an intern or entry level dev to fix it just like with Team Fortress 2 having like one or three guys still working on patches and even bug fixes and these are:
1. Fix the Battlelog website to actually register and sync with EA App and/or Steam to finally give the players their weapon and dog tags they unlock from the campaign and have them unlock on multiplayer2. In case option #1 is too difficult by any number of reasons, EA can work on a small update making all of these weapons to be already unlocked for the players since level 1, that way players will still have access to the content they paid for and they will not have to mess around with much elements in the game server side.
3. This option is the most logical sort of say and is similar to option #2 and that is to update the game and server side to have these weapons included on the unlock pool of the numerous weapons in the multiplayer that are unlock by earning score with the same weapon class, this not only makes a good substitute way to access this content the players already paid for but it also feeds into one of the core parts of the gameplay and that is progressing and grinding for unlocks, of course since these were supposed to be unlocked from the campaign the devs could put a number of points to be earned around the middle of the unlock pool so it's not so easy to unlock but not too hard and time consuming to unlock such as the last unlockable weapons available this method.
Keep in mind to whoever is reading this that EA has already set a precedent they are willing and will update older titles by adding to BF1 an anti cheat system years after it's last big update and with two other newer games already released (BFV and BF2042 with BFV also getting the anti cheat update years after it's last update). So they have NO excuse to fix this, therefore they must also fix this issue too and this is a far easier issue to resolved than implementing a whole anti cheat into a game years after the last big update for BF1.
My apologies if I sound a bit rude, that's not my intention but this is not a question of "if" this is something that must be fixed as I'll keep saying it as many times as it is needed but this is content that was paid for, there was no notice giving a fair warning to the players that the assignments of campaign would be glitch out giving them enough time to just complete it before it glitches and there is currently NO substitue way to get these weapons which there should be if option #1 of fixing this issue is not possible.

I think the real kicker is that the problem only became widespread around June of this year. My guess is they did little updates for purposes of marketing BF6 and it somehow broke the campaign unlocks.

Would you mind clarifying approximately when and how it was reported to the EA Team and how? Are you able to confirm that EA Team acknowledged receipt of the report?

Saw this pop up just before. From the "Electronic Arts Reports Q4 and FY25 Results" press release.
Selected Financial Highlights and Metrics- Net revenue for FY25 was $7.463 billion.
Business Outlook as of May 6, 2025
Fiscal Year 2026 Expectations
Operational outlook metrics:
- Fiscal year 2026 net bookings is expected to be approximately $7.600 billion to $8.000 billion.
- Year-over-year net bookings growth in fiscal year 2026 is expected to be driven by the EA SPORTS portfolio, The Sims, and the launches of Battlefield and skate., partially offset by approximately 5 points of weakness in catalog and Apex Legends.
7 billion in revenue, and we can't fix an unlock? 😂

Hi ulianBelkan,
Just wanted to let you know that I've merged your thread with this existing one. This is because this thread is likely where an update will be posted when/if available.
