New server issues following EA's latest update

I've been experiencing the same issue on my BF1 server for two days now, and there's still no solution

Even though the server is empty, 10 players are waiting in queue to enter the server. You cannot even enter the server as a spectator and cannot intervene. There are a few other servers experiencing this issue like me. This issue arose after EA's latest update and has been ongoing for two days. 

We want the servers we have paid for to be fixed as soon as possible.

    The server is blocked, and I can't access online servers since yesterday, although I do have a connection, and I was even playing yesterday. Still no solution found; another user has been having the same problem since around the same hour as me. Anyone else? Any idea what to do?
