Still Missing Haloti Ngata and Devin Hester Crossover Players

EA_Barry​ This DOES NOT WORK, at least in my case and sounds like others as well. Still missing content. Tried numerous times.

This is clearly shown i have these in CFB 25

Same and it gets marked as solved with no one reaching out to see if I still had an issue.

I have not received Hester or Ngata either. I have had several cases and reached out on X and have not even gotten a response. That is ridiculous. I am a fairly patient person, but no communication or anyone reaching out is NOT ACCEPTABLE!  I would definitely be more forgiving if there were more frequent updates and seemed like they actually care about the eople playing their ggame.i get it that issues like this happens, but if I coded something wrong in my job and didn't have updates on the progress of fixing it, I would be fired.

And yes I have tried all steps of logging into CFB25 then to CFB26, too many times to count. Played a few games in 25 before starting 26. I have deleted both games and reinstalled them. Waited for over 24 hrs. Cleared my cache on my PS5. Checked and made sure the games have latest updates.

Still haven’t gotten my Ngata or Hester. Can’t get any info from EA. It’s over a **bleep** week.

I’ve only got Dickerson what I done to get him to transfer 

1.logged out of 26

2. logged in to 25

3.logged back into 26

4. played challenges

5. left challenges after a couple of challenges 

then he appeared hope this helps

I can't get no help on my problem either..I'm missing Dickinson David Hester and the other player now I can't even play my challenges it freezes up every time I go to challenge when are you guys going to send out an update to fix that bug this happens to me every year if you can look at my record missing people why don't you just stop doing that because it never works.. please give me a respond back. This is my second ticket one says resolve one is still open you got to reach out to your people $134  for problems and we ain't even got to Madden..

I already submitted two tickets and one was marked as solved when I only received Dickerson and not Ngata or Hester. Please fix asap.
