Will this finally be fixed in the next patch?

Still not a priority for EA.... I did notice something on my last attempt to uninstall/reinstall. I recently noticed that my bonus items DLC show as installed. Despite having uninstalled the game even using REVOUninstaller to get all the registry issues. Where does the DLC install at that it is showing already installed? If I can find it, I can remove the files and see if that forces the app to reinstall the dlc.

Yes this is quite upsetting and I can't help but feel scammed in a way? Bioware NEED to fix this!! It's been 3 weeks!!

I can confirm as well.
It seems that this DLC issue and inability to access it is considered a low-priority issue compared to many of the other bugs, which are more game-breaking if the complete prevents complete story progression, which is understandable.
I would like, and many of my fellow gamers probably would too, who are experiencing the same or similar issue would at least appreciate a statement of recognition that it is at least acknowledged as a bug and will be worked on in due course ( the problem has its time on a to-do list of things to address ), but no response at all and almost 3 weeks since release is just feeling like a " thank you for your money ... bye bye now." snub and it is not going down well with me if EA and Bioware want me to buy the next Mass Effect game when it launches (released) - wexxam9 months agoSeasoned Ace
Still not fixed as of Patch 3.

My sympathies again. This is just poor form, no way around it.

Thank you, yes it does show up as installed for me for both the pre order and deluxe items. I've contacted EA support numerous times and no one knows how to fix this. So I'm assuming it has to be an issue with Bioware and they need to patch a fix for this.

Yes, it does for me; the screenshots below show that for my EA App account. It is so annoying that it is a bug, but there is not much I can do. While I have not gone through all the wording for the transaction, I doubt a refund or even a partial refund is possible as, in one of the user agreements, EA does not guarantee the content.
It is unclear whether this includes the DLC mentioned above or explicitly applies only to new content for this Dragon Age game, but that is standard legal wording. Since EA considers it a bug that Bioware has to fix via patching, the only recourse for financial recuperation would be the argument that the advertised game was sold as incomplete. - PixeledReality9 months agoNew Scout
Thank you for the detailed response, and my sincere sympathies. Just to be sure, does the EA App acknowledge your having purchased the Deluxe Edition when you hit Manage > Manage Add-Ons?

Yeah uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix this issue. It's going to be a month since release and we still don't have the items we paid for. Ridiculous.
