Here is both the EA App save where they are locked and the Steam save where they unlocked. I've got EA and Steam installed on an SSD, the EA App game is installed on the same drive as the app (although it has previously been on separate SSD and the content was still locked) and the steam version is installed on a separate SSD, thanks

Hey shepard thanks for responding, if we have already sent them previously do we need to do it again?

wexxam Yeah, because things change over time, and they will always request a new DxDiag and info just in case. If the installation never changes, then just put it where it is now. If nothing else has changed, like the install location or you replaced an HDD with an SSD, then it's not that big of a deal. The save file/location/Drive/DxDiag all have to be recent.

I only have an SSD where both the game and EA APP are installed. I'm unsure how to add my save files here as when I do it says failed.

For the record, this issue doesn't appear on Steam, in my experience. Obviously, this doesn't excuse the issues with the EA App version, and I'm not suggesting anyone should have to purchase the game a second time (especially for the Deluxe items), but for anyone who might wanna know.

Have you bought the game twice and the DLC showed up on Steam but not the EA App? I kinda wish I pre ordered from Steam now haha.

I bought directly from Steam to begin with, thankfully, so I don't know. But there shouldn't be any cross-platform issues if you were to repurchase through Steam, at least. Unlike previous DA games on Steam, Veilguard doesn't use the EA App as a go-between at all.

That's really good, honestly after using the EA App my entire gaming life for all EA games I've stopped purchasing anything from there after this issue happened. I will never use that app again to buy anything from EA. I just don't understand how they can get away with not providing us content we paid for.. isn't that like illegal lmao?

Me neither either it’s available on another platform or I won’t buy it, never using EA App again. I’m thinking of trying to get a refund of at least the difference between the standard and deluxe edition because despite buying the deluxe edition I only effectively have the standard version.
