Xbox freezing still
Just gonna keep making a post every few days about this.
Xbox still crashing. Same issue happening across PS5/PC. No identifiable fix.
0 communication from Bioware/EA. Community Manager has not commented in 8+ days now (today was first time they commented in over a week, and it was a single reply to a single thread with a different issue) and is not replying to tags or DMs.
Customer service has stated they are aware of the issue but refuses to give any form of ETA, also it is clear it's a call center and the language barrier was severe and not reassuring about their ability to properly communicate what was happening, as they linked basic troubleshooting tips despite already having detailed to them steps that has been taken.
When asked what a reasonable time frame one should expect their game to not crash a console, they refused to answer.
