FC26 and support - some of my profile GONE

Thanks - 4 support chats and no further forward. I logged into the app to play FC26, and my progress is gone. I still have my players, my club, my coins, but progress is back to LEVEL ONE!!!

I am playing on steam. If anyone has any clue on what i can do here, that would be great. i nede my old full profile back. i did not change anything. i did not change laptops. i did not change anything within any settings. 

It worked great one day, and now - level 0 and division 9 

I am so done. wasted three hours of my day with chat support for nothing.
