Bulletstorm missing - purchased DIRECTLY ON ORIGIN
I don't have access to the original Bulletstorm purchased directly on the Origin. I've been asking for restoring it for nine months. It was visible in my library in the old unsupported Origin app and it's still visible on my account on the EA website, but not in the EA Desktop. I've reinstalled the app twice, cleared the cache, tried to install the app on different Windows user account, I've even redeemed product key received in Origin purchase confirmation e-mail once again.
The another problem is I've got Dragon Age 2 in my library but I haven't purchased it!
