Can't open EA app or Origin on macOS

Missperry14  I'm not sure what you mean.  If you can open Sims 4 on your computer, the game is already downloaded.  But you'll never be able to play it without the EA App; there's no way around that.

So I tried to download the EA App again and run the sims 4 and it opened for the first time today. I would still like to know if you have any information on how or if I can download the files for the sims 4. Because of the issues I had with downloading and accessing my game files I am concerned about losing access in the future. Either way, thank you for responding to my initial post and attempting to help me resolve my issue.

The EA App won't open any windows at all.  It appears to open, but nothing happens. You can see the icon in applications, but the ea folder is empty. If I try to run it on Origin the window opens and then I get a install EA App message and can't do anything else or an error message. See attachments. I really don't want to rely on an app for a product I paid for. Is there a way for me to download the files onto my computer? Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Missperry14  The EA App runs fine in macOS Sequoia.  What happens when you try to download or install it?  If you get an error, please post a screenshot.
